Letting What Is Best Have Preeminence

When someone does things better
and truly nothing rivals or compares.
When there is the sight to see
that the one in front of you
is a catalyst for their generation
and what God has placed in them
is truly for this time and this place
in the scope of Kingdom history.
When you can see the sun
stream through the trees
and the leaves become translucent
in myriad of colors
and you are bursting
with happiness
on the inside
because you are learning
that unless a seed falls
to the ground and dies,
it abides alone,
but if it dies it bears much fruit.
And even though a death
may seem like your life is over
and all your hopes and dreams
feel as if they've been buried
to never again see the light of day
and instead of thinking
"it's all over for me",
you can see a glimpse
of something far greater
than any hope or dream
you alone had.
You get to see further, higher,
longer and hear the upward call
with real value in mind.
And though you can't see
the full picture of it all,
your heart swells with Gods heart
for all He is looking forward to
as He yearns for His precious
and loved bride.
And if we could only find Him
to be the preeminence in all things
and to surrender everything we are
into His everlasting arms,
we will find that His Kingdom come
and His will be done
on earth as it is in heaven
isn't just a prayer
but Gods heart cry to fulfill
in me and you.
