The sand beneath my feet is soft
and the waves are constantly
coming in and going back out.

Find comfort in the rhythm.
Your heart beats even now.
Being alive is truly special -
a rhythmic miracle.

Cease the striving.
Concentrate on this breath you take
to soak up the wonder
of the beauty all around you.

The rhythms of life are precious.
There is rest found in them.
Love God and His rhythm for you.
The rhythm of His love
ever abounds.
